General terms and conditions.

Reservation:

To reserve your private tours is necessary a deposit of 20 % of the total cost (please provide us with your credit card details).

Currency:
All prices are expressed in EC Euro (€).

Rates do not include:
* Client's meals, food and beverage unless otherwise specified in the programs.
* Entrance fees to museums or monuments unless otherwise specified in the programs.
* Gratuities.
* Italian Taxes 10% IVA (VAT - Value Added Tax).
* Credit Card Commissions (only in case of this kind of payment) 4%.

Penalties:
* Cancellation 8 days before date of requested service: No Penalty.
* Cancellation 1 week before date of requested service: 20% Penalty
* Cancellation 96 hours before date and time of requested service: 35% Penalty.
* Cancellation 48 hours before date and time of requested service: 50% Penalty
* Cancellation less than 48 hours before the service fully charged.

Transportation:
Transportation is furnished by professionals only, with insurance, who are licensed to perform public transportation service.
